This sleek Bistro Nouveau Coffee Maker was designed for the label Bodum.
The story of Bodum dates back to 1944 when Danish glassware importer PeterBodum discovered the pleasures of coffee made using the vacuum process, and began creating his own line of brewers. The success of his debut device, the Mocca in the early 1950s, and the Santos in 1958, made the firm into one of the world?s leading producers of premium coffee makers. In the 1970s, the firm added French press coffee makers to its portfolio with the release of the acclaimed Bistro.
Based on the design of the firm?s debut Bistro French press coffee maker launched in 1974, the Bistro Nouveau Coffee Maker features a sturdy and stylish stainless steel and borosilicate glass construction, and a lid made of bpa-free plastic. Insulated to keep the coffee warm for hours, the device features an ergonomic handle for a firm grip. Dishwasher safe for ease of cleaning, the Bistro Nouveau Coffee Maker comes in three sizes with capacities of 0.4 litres, 1 litre and 1.5 litres which means there?s a model to suit everyone.
