Here in our roastery at the heart of the Cotswolds we batch roast our fresh coffee daily and extensively cup for quality assurance. We like to support the farmers that we work with and pay sustainable prices for our beans meaning our coffee is sourced with an ethical approach. Our Signature blend has remained true from the beginning and is a firm favourite of the Roastery and Cafes alike. Signature is a great all-rounder and will satisfy however you like your brew. Great as Espresso with whole milk or enjoy as filter. Smooth and full bodied coffee with caramel and chocolate undertones and a lingering aftertaste.
